"A life changing event caused me to consider reimagining my Astor Street condo which hadn’t been updated for over 30 years.  While I loved my residence as was, Tricia envisioned opening the kitchen, den, pantry, guest bathroom and drew up plans for me to “see” what her vision was.  She then helped me pick out plus 500-year-old submerged wood for cabinets, a beautiful granite kitchen counter, a European gas fireplace, new window treatment, new flooring, lighting, furniture, entertainment system, etc.  She then helped me interview contractors and managed them through the process of ordering, demolition, construction so all I had to do was observe.  She was there every step of the way. The outcome was an entirely modernized flow and environment to complement old world charm of other untouched rooms.  I couldn’t be happier with my new home … because I love the kitchen so much, I’ve become a fairly decent cook and home life has been reinvigorated.
