Tricia has the spatial vision, experience and skill to imagine all aspects of what it takes to make a luxury home. This includes furniture selection and layout to lighting and lamp selection, window treatments, floor coverings, textured surfaces, art placement etc. She can help make your home completely unique. If a complete overhaul is not what you want or need; by simply changing the décor with new or reupholstered/refinished existing furniture, adding a wall mural, implementing new accent pillows/fabrics, adding mirrors, change paint color, add wallpaper, rearrange artwork, adding and arranging accessories etc., can bring whole new, reimagined life.

Reimagined and Found Space

Many homes have the potential for reimagined space and found space. As simple as opening or reorienting a kitchen, adding an island, removing a wall, shifting a door, raising door heights, creating a glamorous walk-in closet, adding a fireplace, creating a bar/pantry, making a breakfast nook, expanding bedrooms and bathrooms, improving flow of rooms, eliminating extra corridors or wasted space, for example.

 

Sometimes the space is already there but needs remodeling. She can reimagine existing space by replacing cabinets and bath vanities (custom built or purchased), adding built-ins, replacing tile and marble, installing new flooring, changing old tub to walk-in shower, upgrade the lighting (add sconces or chandeliers), switch out faucets and hardware, etc.

Move Concierge

Moving to a new location can be a nightmare literally and figuratively.  TSR Design’s “Move Concierge” service eliminates the complication, indecision, aggravation, and stress of moving into a new home.  Let TSR Design be your partner from start to finish in a 5 Phase journey to a new and beautiful beginning. 

 

Inventory -Phase 1.

The journey commences with an “inventory” of your existing furniture, mirrors, rugs, artwork, lighting fixtures, etc. documented with images and dimensions, chronicled in a digital notebook.  Included in this phase is a discussion of your new home space and what you are hoping to achieve.

Furniture Plan -Phase 2 

 A floor plan of your new home (existing, modified, or new) is created. This process highlights where additional furniture and furnishings may be desired.  If applicable, TSR Design will assist with furniture, fabric, window options, etc. and provide a vision board as a next step and discussion.

 

Move-In-Ready -Phase 3

This phase addresses repairing, cleaning, painting for floors, walls, ceilings, windows, marble, bathrooms, etc.  TSR will get quotes from qualified contractors and manage them through completion of their respective project(s). 

 

Manage Moving Process -Phase 4

This includes managing the moving process including dealing with building management if necessary for licensure, permits, insurance, etc. and overseeing the delivery, placement and installation of furniture and furnishings.

 

Follow Through -Phase 5

Includes managing and directing all open items e.g. furniture delivery through to completion.
