This beautiful 120-year-old brownstone had a kitchen, pantry, den, and bathroom space that had not been updated for over 50 years. Tricia assisted the owner to envision a modern designed kitchen/den space to complement a classic old-world design.  Key ingredients to the project included demolishing walls, raising ceilings, and relocating doors. Kitchen and Pantry cabinets were tailor made of imported Caribbean underwater hard wood with all new kitchen appliances, quartzite stone kitchen island and counter, new (leveled) wood flooring, lighting and, Internet, TVs and music/entertainment system throughout. The project was managed entirely by TSR including management of general contractor and all subs. The guest bathroom was also redone to include quartzite, tile, lighting, updated shower and custom vanity, and lux interior finishes. TSR managed all purchases of art (including a mural designed and produced by TSR), appliances, and furniture. The project was completed on time and under budget.
